Ayr Tips: Findog
Linda Perratt’s runners have been flying this month and a strongly run 5f on quick ground should suit the horse.
There’s not much to get excited about today unless you are Linda Perratt. The East Kilbride trainer is enjoying a terrific month banging in seven winners at a 15% strike rate.
She runs three horses in the 3.00 Ayr and all of them have decent claims. Findog is the least exposed of the trio and arrives in decent form.
On his last three starts he’s not been beaten by more than four lengths, including a half length defeat over course and distance despite the ground going against him.
He should enjoy the likely strong pace and at 9/1 (William Hill) is the value in the race.
