KJ Choi Cut For US Open

KJ Choi

After winning the Players Championship, the Korean has seen his odds cut for the next major.

On a marathon final day it was KJ Choi who battled to victory at the TPC Sawgrass as he triumphed on the first playoff hole. He is now a best price 55/1 to win the US Open having been 66/1 prior to his victory.

Luke Donald was the best of the Europeans finishing in a tie for fourth, three shots back. His continued good form suggests a major breakthrough might come sooner rather than later. He is 18/1 to break his duck at the Congressional Country Club next month.

The Englishman has also been cut to 3/1 to top the PGA Tour money list, a race he heads by $400,000 from Bubba Watson. In the same market, Nick Watney has been cut to 8/1 after his sixth top ten finish of the season.
