Brasil Champions Tip: Dawie van der Walt
Finished second last year and has been playing well on the European Tour this winter.
Dawie van der Walt is one of the few players in the field with recent winning form after his victory in the Nelson Mandela Championship back in December.
The South African has spent most of the year on the European Tour with top-30 finishes in Qatar, Dubai and the Joburg Open.
He arrives with a level of form higher than then Web.com Tour and he must fancy he chances in Sao Paulo having finished second at last year’s event.
Ignore his last place at Doral, this is a completely different course and against moderate opposition, he is a cracking bet at 40/1 (Skybet).
