BMW Championship Tips: Adam Scott
Amongst the best tee-to-green of late and we saw on the back-9 at TPC Boston what he can do when putter heats up.
Adam Scott finished like a train to snatch a place at the Deutsche Bank and we must go in again at virtually the same price.
The Australian has been waiting to ignite for the past month because his ball-striking has been nothing short of awesome. At the Deutsche Bank he was sixth in strokes gained tee-to-green, he led the field for the same metric at the Barclays and was tenth at the USPGA.
For Scott, it has simply been a case of waiting for the putter to heat up and as we saw with Rory McIlroy the best players usually figure it out.
The last time the BMW Championship was played at Crooked Stick, Scott finished T6 and made more birdies (24) than the eventual winner, Rory McIlroy.
A two-time winner on tour already this season, Scott is hitting that sort of form again and is a good each-way bet at 16/1 (William Hill).
