Saturday Goalscorer Accumulator

We're putting our faith in two Scotsmen and a Frenchman to score anytime in their respective matches.

We’re throwing the hottest striker in the Championship into our ‘anytime goalscorer ‘accumulator this weekend, which comes in at a best price of 17/1 with Bet365.

Ross McCormack (11/8) is on the form of his life at the moment having scored all four Leeds goals in a 4-2 victory over Charlton last time out. The week before that he bagged a mere brace against Yeovil and in total he’s found the net in his last three outings at Elland Road. The 27-year-old withdrew from the Scotland squad as a precaution in midweek but tweeted that he’d be ‘fit for Boro 100% and can’t wait for it.’

We return to the Premier League for our other selections with Loic Remy (6/5) looking like an automatic pick to add to his tally at home to Norwich. The French international has scored seven goals in just eight starts for Newcastle including vital strikes against Spurs and Chelsea recently. The 26-year-old now faces a Canaries outfit that conceded seven in their last away game.

Finally, we have our relative long shot, taking Steven Fletcher (5/2) to fire against Stoke. Sunderland are enjoying a renaissance under Gus Poyet having won three of their last four fixtures in all competitions. The former Wolves striker found the net for only the second time this term against Newcastle but he could be set to go on a run.

Fletcher has reached double figures for Premier League goals in each of his past three seasons so his quality is beyond question. In an improving team, he will contribute.
