26th Feb 2015 | Premier League

The Eagles have won four away games in a row in all competitions. And it's nearly always 0-0 at the break.

One thing you almost always get when Crystal Palace play away from Selhurst Park is a 0-0 draw at half-time.

Many observers wouldn’t be surprised to hear that they have scored the equal fewest first half goals (9) in 2014-15. However, many would be surprised to hear they have also conceded the second fewest (6) before the break in Premier League matches this season.

Most pundits will have this London derby down as a home victory after West Ham played well at White Hart Lane last week. But that clash ended as a nightmare for Sam Alllardyce who saw his side surrender a 2-0 lead in agonising fashion late on.

It wouldn’t take much to go wrong here for the home fans to feel like the fates are turning against them and if they get frustrated, Palace can capitalise.

The Eagles enjoyed probably their best performance under Alan Pardew against Arsenal last week, despite losing, and had 22 efforts on goal. They remain unbeaten on the road in 2015 across all competitions (W4 D1) and their counter-attacking style suits away days.

With Bolasie and Jedinak both finally ready to make their first starts under Pardew, the underdogs could spring a surprise here for the second season running.

Back ‘half time - draw: full time - Palace’ at an enticing best price of 15/2.
