Bony Set To Trouble Sherwood's Spurs

With 3 goals in his last 3 appearances, Swansea's record signing is now proving his worth.

Logically it’s hard to tip a Swansea victory here (11/5 BetVictor) when they are on statistically poor form (W0 D3 L4), while Tottenham keep producing on the road having won four on the bounce.

However, I don’t believe the Swans are playing as badly as the bare results imply. It’s more a case that a run of injuries has coincided with a tricky run of fixtures. Their last six games across all competitions have included two clashes with Man Utd and one each with Man City, Everton and Chelsea. They didn’t lose any of those by more than one goal.

One man who is liable to trouble Spurs is Wilfried Bony - a 9/4 shot to score anytime with StanJames. The Ivorian is enjoying a settled run in the side and has responded with three goals in his last three outings; all matches against the Manchester giants.

Tim Sherwood’s boys have ridden their luck a few times lately but don’t be surprised if the Londoners cant handle Bony at the Liberty Stadium on Sunday.
