No Respite For Villains
Another nightmare week for Villa but Chelsea don't tend to thrash opponents.
As tends to be the case, it’s really just a matter of picking the best ‘Villa to lose’ bet option on Saturday. They have been defeated six times on the spin while Chelsea are unbeaten in 14 league games.
To make matters worse for the hosts, they lost their manager again this week while Agbonlahor has been suspended for alleged misconduct. It really has been a calamitous campaign!
The best I can say about Villa is that they often don’t start matches that badly. None of the last seven goals they have conceded have flown in before the 45th minute.
For their part, the outgoing champions are actually winless in four fixtures across all competitions and will still be without Diego Costa. They have only won one league game by more than a goal since 3 January, so this may not be that one-sided.
