Mancini: No Longer a Balotelli Addict

Balotelli: Faces another ban.

The Manchester City manager has seemingly lost all patience with his disruptive striker.

It looks like the dream is over at Manchester City. A late Arsenal winner at the Emirates Stadium left the long-time Premier League frontrunners eight points adrift of United and 18/1 (Bet365) shots for the title.

It was another day to forget for the ‘enfant terrible’ of English football as Mario Balotelli was sent off after another hugely indisciplined performance. Roberto Mancini implied that time may have run out for the Italian as the striker continues to cause more problems than he solves.

StanJames go 7/4 on the 21-year-old remaining at the Etihad after the summer transfer window. A return to Inter Milan is priced up as a 5/1 shot (Skybet) with their rivals AC Milan almost as likely at 6/1 (StanJames). The controversial figure is 16/1 (SkyBet) to relocate to London with Chelsea.

But Roberto Mancini may not even be afforded the luxury of deciding on the future of Balotelli. The current boss is just 6/4 (Skybet) to be out the door by the start of next season as a trophy-less season beckons.
