Liverpool Struggle As Tension Builds

Stan James have released numerous Liverpool specials as Kenny Dalglish comes under pressure.

Victory in the Carling Cup was supposed to be a springboard for Liverpool football club; unfortunately it has all gone wrong since then. A 2-0 defeat at Newcastle was a sixth league defeat in seven, leaving the club 8th in the Premier League, a point behind neighbours Everton. Stan James are offering odds of evens that the Reds finish 8th or worse this season.

Manager Kenny Dalglish is taking much of the criticism and is 7/2 (Stan James) not to be in charge on the last day of the season.  The bookmakers are already pricing up his successor with Rafa Benitez only 5/1 with Skybet but 20/1 with BetVictor.

The FA Cup tie against Everton has grown even more important in light of recent results. Liverpool are 8/13 (Bet365) to reach the final and 11/4 (BetVictor) to win the Cup.
