Chelsea 6/4 for Capital One Cup after edging thriller
The goals continued to rain in as United, Liverpool and Spurs were all knocked out on Wednesday.
It was another explosive night of League Cup football on Wednesday with Chelsea this time providing the late heroics. Eden Hazard fired home an injury time penalty to make it 3-3 against Man United before the Blues went on to win 5-4 after extra-time. The European champions were immediately installed as the 6/4 (Skybet) favourites for the trophy.
Elsewhere, Swansea are now just 8/1 (PaddyPower) for the silverware after deservedly beating Liverpool 3-1 at Anfield on a humbling night for Brendan Rodgers. In another upset, Norwich City (16/1 Bluesquare) came from behind to defeat Tottenham 2-1 at an elated Carrow Road.
