Chelsea’s man for the big occasion could be making his final appearance for the club and will be desperate to go out in style. Didier Drogba proved his pedigree by scoring in the FA Cup final victory over Liverpool a fortnight ago. The Ivorian has now scored in every cup tie he has ever played at the new Wembley.
The Allianz Arena will be a different proposition but the 34-year-old is the man you want on your side in any major cup final. Drogba is a generous 14/5 (BetVictor) to find the net ‘anytime in 90 minutes’ against Munich.
He set the Blues on their way with a crucial strike against Barcelona in the semi-finals so a German side hit by suspensions in defence should hold no fear.
