Arsenal v Fulham Tip

The Cottagers led and lost against both Manchester clubs and it could be a similar story at the Emirates.

Fulham have lost 12 points from winning positions this season, more than any other side. In particular, they have failed to hold onto leads against the cream of the crop; early leads against Man United, Man City and Everton have returned a solitary point in total.

Arsenal are likely to start any game in front of their own fans a little nervously at the moment after a run of three league defeats in their last five outings. It would not be a surprise to see the Cottagers seizing on uncertainty at the Emirates on Saturday. Another shock lead for Martin Jol’s team could easily be on the cards.

However, the Gunners topped the league for comeback points in 2011-12 (24) and showed that characteristic again recently in the remarkable recovery from 4-0 down against Reading. They also scored a crucial late winner in their last home game against QPR and came from behind for three points against West Ham not long before that.

It’s a long shot, but in the half time/full time market Fulham/Arsenal has some definite trend value at best odds of 25/1 with Bluesquare.
