World Hurdle Tip: Fiveforthree
3.20 Thu: A winner on the Punchestown World Hurdle in 2009, if he is back to his best he is a live outsider.
The 3.20 World Hurdle has become a fascinating little contest in recent months. Big Buck’s has been there and got the t-shirt, twice. At a shade odds against he is about the correct price.
Grands Crus was the springer in the market but the value is long gone since his Cleeve Hurdle win. He is yet to beat anything top class like Big Buck’s so is swerved at the current prices.
The interesting wild card is Fiveforthree. A winner of the Punchestown World Hurdle in 2009 marked him out as top class, but he only saw a racecourse again in February 2011. He won that race easily enough and if he is back to the form he showed two years ago he is a live contender.
I recommend betting with Boylesports who are offering the Non-Runner No Bet concession.
