Haydock Tips: Sole Power
He is amongst the very best around, over a fast 5f on firm ground.
On firm ground there isn’t a better 5f sprinter in Europe than Sole Power and he can confirm his superiority in the 3.50 Haydock.
Winner of the race in 2011 and runner-up last year when Bated Breath got first run on him, the track seems to bring the best out of him. If anything he should improve on his performance in the Palace House Stakes where he beat the majority of this field.
Spirit Quartz looks the biggest danger after running a good race form a poor draw but I doubt he has enough to reverse the form with Sole Power.
