Won this tournament at the first attempt and already registered a win in 2012.
Defending champion Johnson Wagner has an outstanding chance to repeat his 2011 win and must be backed at 16/1 with Coral. A straight hitter and solid putter, El Camaleon GC is a perfect fit for him. Already a winner on tour this year, the weakened field actually makes this easier than the Sony Open he won in January.
Last year Mark Wilson showed it is possible to pick up a couple of early season tournaments when in good form, winning two of the opening three events. His good friend Johnson Wagner faces a similar opportunity.
A three-time winner on tour, the 31-year-old knows how to close out tournaments. This could be a big advantage on Sunday when battling with players who are infrequent winners.
