Based in Louisiana and earned invites to this event in 2009 and 2011 making the cut both times.
The Web.com Tour returns to the USA for the first time this season with the Louisiana Open taking centre stage. The less well-travelled Americans will be pleased to playing on home turf this week but none more so than Michael Arnaud.
The 34-year-old is based in Louisiana and is familiar with Le Triomphe GCC. When he had no status on tour he garnered two invites to the event in 2009 and 2011 and finished T28-T64.
This year he plays it as a fully-fledged member of the Web.com Tour and started the season well with a T18 in Panama.
A terrific player tee-to-green, last season he ranked inside the top-30 for total driving and GIRs. He should gobble up the par-5s this week and with his local knowledge can out-run odds of 200/1 (William Hill).
