Children’s Miracle Classic Tips: Ryan Palmer

Enjoyed another productive season, makes a ton of birdies and won this event in 2004.

A three-time winner on tour, Ryan Palmer knows how to get over the finishing line, something that can’t be said for the majority of the field. In fact, his first tour win came at this tournament in 2004, when it was called the FUNAI Classic.

Apart from the obvious course form, Palmer suits a tournament dominated by players going deep into the red. The 36-year-old ranks 8th for birdie average on tour and 25th for strokes gained putting.

His recent form is nothing spectacular, three cuts made in a row but no finish higher than T37. However, the field is much weaker than the tournaments he has contested of late. At 30/1 (Skybet) he looks a good each-way bet with ¼ odds for a top-5 finish.
