Chinese Grand Prix Tip: Sebastian Vettel

Vettel 100% pole record

The German has been utterly dominant so far this season, there is no reason this will change.

It is not what the neutral wanted to see but Sebastian Vettel is living up to his promise of being a ‘baby-Schumacher’. The dominance he has shown is reminiscent of his compatriot in his heyday and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

To measure how fast Red Bull are, you must remember that they have triumphed over their opponents despite barely using KERS. Clearly the only power boost they need is sat in the driver’s seat.

The weather forecast for qualifying and the race is dry so we should get a straightforward race weekend. In two visits to the Shanghai circuit with his Red Bull, Vettel has twice started on pole. Add his 100% pole sitting record this season and he looks very ominous. At 4/5 he is a steal to qualify fastest again.
