Southampton v Norwich Tips: Correct Score
The Saints are finding their feet in the Premier League, expect them to win but still concede.
If recent results are anything to go by, Southampton are getting to grips with life in the Premier League. Back to back wins against QPR and Newcastle have eased the pressure on Nigel Adkins and a more benign fixture list is working in their favour.
On Wednesday night Southampton host Norwich in a game they should be confident of a winning, considering only 4 points separate the two teams in the league. However, if the Saints are to win, they’ll need to score at least two goals. In 13 league matches they have kept just one clean sheet.
Norwich should be capable of finding the net, but they’ve only scored more than one goal on a single occasion this season. In a close match I expect home advantage to make the difference, with Southampton winning 2-1 the most likely scoreline at 17/2 (Stan James).
