West Ham v Hull Preview

West Ham v Hull Preview

Hull deserve to be down the bottom but West Ham should be looking up, especially with the talent at their disposal.

West Ham v Hull has the hallmarks of a relegation six-pointer but only one team should be down there.

West Ham rode some unsustainably hot conversion numbers last season and the number gods have bitten back. In terms of shot superiority they are being outgunned by 1.6 shots per game not a disaster compared to Hull’s -9.9.

Mike Phelan managed to snare a contract based on some fluky wins early in the campaign but his team are down where they should be. Slaven Bilic is under more pressure given the expectations of his team but he’s got the talent at his disposal and should start moving up the table soon.

That can start with a comfortable win at the London Stadium. Back West Ham to win at -1 on the Asian Handicaps with BetVictor at 5/4. That means we need West Ham to win by two clear goals, a one goal victory means money back.
