Man Utd v Fulham Tip

It must be the Mexican hotshot's turn to start and his goals per minute ratio remains sublime.

With what feels like a lazy choice for the televised match on Saturday night, it’s hard to get too excited from a betting perspective. Fulham would be a tough test at Craven Cottage, but at the Theatre of Dreams I can only see one outcome. Surprisingly, Manchester Utd haven’t won the FA Cup since 2004, something that Sir Alex will surely want to put right.

As always with this sort of fixture, the key to finding some value is correctly anticipating the teamsheets. Robin Van Persie (4/6 Ladbrokes) is probably a poor price to score since he may be benched while Wayne Rooney is a little flimsy at 10/11 (Betfred).

Instead I would just about favour Javier Hernandez at best odds of 11/10 (Betfred) in the anytime goalscorer market. ‘Chicharito’ hasn’t even got on the pitch for either of United’s last two league matches and I’m sure the boss has this fixture earmarked for some game time for the Mexican.

If the 24-year-old plays, he tends to score, particularly in a fixture such as this. Hernandez has found the net 11 times in his last 15 appearances and looks a great bet to add to that tally this weekend.
