Tottenham v Hull TIp

Antagonised Hull will have some extra motivation on Wednesday; to reclaim some justice.

Anyone who watched the Premier League clash between these same sides on Sunday will know how fortunate Tottenham were to grab a 1-0 victory and Hull might just seize the opportunity for instant revenge. At huge odds of 10/1 (Betfred) they are worth a punt.

Steve Bruce was seething after referee Michael Oliver awarded a soft penalty with 10 minutes to go at the weekend which was duly converted by Roberto Soldado. Of course the team sheets will be vastly different on Wednesday, but that should act as something of a leveller anyway, and whichever Tigers take to the field will surely have a score to settle.

The other interesting element here will be to see how the Spurs faithful react to the stinging criticism of themselves from Andre Villas-Boas. Fans generally don’t take kindly to the manager pointing the finger at them. Of course it could all work out swimmingly if the Lilywhites storm out of the blocks, but another lacklustre opening could see things go the other way.
