Braga v Galatasaray Tip
The Turks are resurgent while the Portuguese are off form with nothing to play for.
In Group H Galatasaray won’t want to take any chances with Cluj level with them on seven points going into the final round of matches. Although the Romanians head to Old Trafford, the Turks will be wary of already-qualified United taking their eye off the ball. Luckily, Braga also have nothing to play for and they are a worse side to begin with.
After making an inauspicious start to their Champions League campaign, Galatasaray have sprung into life with victory in Cluj and at home to United in their two most recent outings. They have now lost just two of their last 11 European games (W6 D3 L2). Contrast that with a Braga side who have lost four on the bounce in all competitions.
The visitors are 11/8 (PaddyPower) to take a decisive three points on Wednesday but this looks like a good time to be a little more daring. Fatih Terim’s team have only allowed CL opponents 15 shots on target against them so far this campaign - only Barcelona and Bayern have done better. With in mind, the value play looks to be Galatasaray to win to nil at a best price of 10/3 with Coral.
