England v India Series Betting

The Little Master

England are 5/4 favourites to win the four match series against India. The first test starts Thursday at Lord's.

Andrews Strauss and Flower constantly remind everyone of England’s desire to be the number one team in the world. Over the next month they have that opportunity against India. The number one ranked test playing nation begin a four match series at Lord’s on Thursday.

Hosts England are 5/4 favourite to win the series with India 9/4. A drawn series is 5/2, and with the great British summer taking leave of absence again, you hope there will be enough play to finish at least some of the games.

Alastair Cook is 3/1 favourite to be top England batsman with Jonathan Trott close behind at 7/2. For India, Sachin Tendulkar is 10/3 to top the charts. Raul Dravid is 9/2 in what is almost certainly his last tour of England.

As for the bowlers, Graeme Swann is 5/2 to be England’s top bowler with Zaheer Khan 11/4 to head the list for India.

With Tendulkar looking for his 100th hundred, he is 11/2 to be top scorer in the first test at Lord’s.
