England 7/1 to win Test series

Strauss disappointed

England need to win both remaining tests to take the spoils. A Pakistan whitewash is only slightly bigger at 8/1 with Bet365.

After a crushing ten-wicket defeat in the first test, England are out to 7/1 (Sportingbet) to win the series with a draw 3/1 with Bet Victor. The batsmen let down the world’s top ranked test team, not managing to pass 200 runs in either innings.

Matt Prior is leading the scoring charts for his side with 74 runs. He is 6/1 with Betfred (from 14/1) to be England’s leading scorer this series. Jonathan Trott was one of the few capable of playing spinner Saeed Ajmal and he is 10/3 with BetVictor in the betting.

Those looking at a whitewash can back Pakistan at 8/1 (Bet365), something that looked an unlikely prospect at the start of the series when it was priced up at 40/1.
