Murray Edges Through

Murray not at his best

Andy Murray drifted to 14/1 after trailing by two sets but he battled through to fight another day.

It almost all went horribly wrong for Andy Murray. Finding himself two sets down to Dutchman Robin Haase, he drifted out to 14/1 with William Hill to win the US Open. The fourth seed bravely battled back to win in five sets and make it through to the third round.

The bookmakers were unimpressed by the Briton’s poor play in the match and he is now 6/1 with Paddy Power to win the final Grand Slam of the season.
