Newcastle Tips: Head Space
Has a good record in class 4 handicaps and the drop in grade could make the difference.
Head Space can be a tricky ride but he is a sprinter with bags of ability and hopefully he can show that in the 6.15 Newcastle.
The 6-year-old has been eased a couple of pounds in the weights and that could make all the difference as he is eligible for 0-85 class 4 handicaps.
His record in class 4 six furlongs sprints is 6363211 but that improves to 3211 when the going is good to firm or firm.
He’s run well after a break before and with Ruth Carr’s team starting the season strongly he looks overpriced at 14/1 (William Hill).
