Clarke Leads Open

Clarke Leads By One

Darren Clarke holds a one shot lead going into the final round of the Open Championship.

It was another difficult day for scoring at Royal St. George’s with only three players breaking 70. Those three players now head the leaderboard and the betting.

Darren Clarke leads the tournament on five-under and is 11/4 joint favourite to secure his first major. Joining him at the head of the market is Dustin Johnson, he trails by one shot and is also 11/4 with Skybet.

Rickie Fowler is three back on two-under par and the flamboyant young American is 15/2 to win the Open, which would be his first tour victory.

Round one leader, Thomas Bjorn is still in the mix on two-under and can be backed at 14/1 to erase the heartbreak of 2003.
