Wigan v Tottenham Tip

Ask Tottenham fans who have been there and seen it all how they see this afternoon going and they will likely confirm my own suspicions. They fear the worst against Wigan. It would be seen as ‘very Spurs’ to storm to a 3-1 victory over Manchester City one week then lose to relegation candidates the next.

The Latics are in dire need of the points but they are playing pretty well at the moment by common consensus. Results look indifferent partly because they have played away three times in a row; at the DW Stadium they are a hunting a third straight success.
