A home win over Chelsea all but secured the Premier League title for Manchester United. The champions elect need just one point from their last two games. As a result the bookmakers have already started to price up next season. United are 2/1 favourites, with Chelsea earmarked as their nearest challengers at 11/4.

Perhaps surprisingly Manchester City are third favourites at 4/1 with Arsenal at 6/1. This appears to signify the superior purchasing power City could have in the summer transfer window.

With their reign as England’s most successful club all but over, Liverpool are 14/1 to capture their 19th league title next season
