Saturday Accumulator

We have a long odds treble to entice you with on Saturday afternoon.

We start our first accumulator of the season with a match involving two teams who were playing in the Championship last term and then add two teams currently in the second tier to create a 24/1 treble with BetVictor.

Hull impressed at Manchester City last week but I still think they will struggle in games where they are expected to take the initiative. The Tigers may lack a goal threat having failed to score in five of their last seven league fixtures. They have also had fewer shots than anyone else in the top flight so far.

Cardiff were the better team in 2012-13 and after heavy summer investment that hasn’t changed. Malky Mackay’s boys stunned Man City in the shock result of the season so far and they are undervalued at best odds of 23/10 in this one.

Blackpool have raced to the top of the Championship after five matches with recent home victories over Reading and Watford looking particularly noteworthy. The Tangerines also find themselves out at 23/10 to take three points at newly promoted Bournemouth in a seaside derby.

The Cherries have, on the face of it, started pretty well themselves as they sit sixth in the league table. Howwever, a 6-1 loss at Watford and a 5-1 defeat to Huddersfield definitely suggests they currently occupy a false position.

Finally I’m taking Ipswich Town to beat Middlesbrough (13/10); it was 4-0 to Mick McCarthy’s men when these sides clashed in February. Tony Mowbray’s team have enjoyed an easier fixture list thus far but troubles from the second half of last season have not been resolved. A run of 11 losses in 14 away league outings is a sequence that should be extended on Saturday.
