Son Shines Against City

With 3 goals in his last 3 outings against the champions, Son is the main danger man for the hosts in the absence of Kane. At a longer price than half a dozen City players to score first, he could break the deadlock for Jose.

One way or another Manchester City and Tottenham matches tend to throw up plenty of drama. It’s hard to imagine that being shut down now that Jose and Pep are in the opposing dugouts.

Spurs aren’t fancied by the bookies, even at home, but they had a pretty good 2019 against the Blues; the two-legged Champions League victory and even stealing a 2-2 draw at the Etihad in August.

Son Heung-Min missed that last league meeting but starred in the Champions League wonderment. He grabbed the only goal in the quarter-final home leg before sensationally thumping home two more away goals in the opening 10 minutes of the second leg.

Back him for First Goalscorer each-way at 7/1 with Bet365 and get paid out at 1/3rd odds if he strikes later in the match instead.

Son flourished in the absence of Kane last spring, and here we are again. The South Korean has 12 goals so far this season and is a big match player. City are of course defensively vulnerable despite their brilliance going forward.
