Gap in Class Still Evident

The bookies don't think Leicester are much better than a 50/50 shot to win this one but that dismisses the Foxes' away form which remains excellent.

The early clash on Sunday sees two teams who have lost their way a bit, but that’s where the similarities end. Leicester City look as strong a bet as ever for a top-three finish whereas Burnley are just two points above the relegation zone after seven defeats in their last nine.

Somehow the Foxes are still being priced up like a less successful team - just try to imagine getting close to evens money on Manchester City winning at Turf Moor! Furthermore, Leicester are as good on their travels as at home, in fact better over the past three months.

With this in mind we could take the 10/11 on the away win and move on. But let’s be braver and back Leicester -1 goal in the handicap market at best odds of 9/4 with PaddyPower.

Rodger’s men have won on the road by a two-goal margin or more five times since late October, largely due to devastating counter-attacks. Unusually, Burnley have also lost at home by 2+ goals five times already as well.
