Chelsea Too Strong For London Rivals

We will learn quite a bit about what the season holds in store for these two on Sunday afternoon. It will be a huge surprise if that's good news for the home side.

Arsenal did superbly against Chelsea last season, but that was then, and this is now. The Champions League holders look without weaknesses, while the Gunners were abject in defeat to Brentford.

It’s only the name of the hosts, and perhaps that recent record, which keeps the odds respectable here. In reality, PaddyPower’s 10/11 on the away win, if you decline their ‘2up’ promotion, is a great price.

The re-signing of Romelu Lukaku looks like a masterstroke and the final piece of the jigsaw. The only concern with backing him to score is not knowing if he will make his debut off the bench.

Arteta will demand a response, but his tools for getting one are hampered. Aubameyang might return, but his form was in decline last season, while he will likely still be without Lacazette and Odegaard. Meanwhile, Kante may return for Chelsea, which should only add to our conviction here.
