Chelsea Dagger To Arsenal Revival Hopes
Chelsea's youngsters lack consistency whereas Arsenal have simply been ordinary for most of the season. The new boss faces his first huge test today.
The big London derby in the Premier League looks tough to call with both teams in poor form, but I’m backing the team who have been much better overall. With confidence low, I don’t think Arsenal will have a response if they fall behind; Chelsea are best odds of 31/10 with BetVictor to lead at half-time and full-time.
The Blues have saved the majority of their best performances for the road, most notably at Spurs last weekend. They have taken 18pts on their travels whereas Arsenal rank 15th in the home table, where they haven’t won since 6th October.
Chelsea looked tired at Southampton but they should immediately improve if Lampard brings Mount and Pulisic back into the starting line-up here. Indeed, Pedro and Barkley offer further alternatives which Arteta can only dream of.
