Poland v Montenegro Tips: Poland to win

The pressure of leading the group is getting to Montenegro who were taken apart 4-0 in their last competitive outing.

Montenegro have been the surprise package in Group H but there were signs of them running out of steam during the summer.

Ukraine beat them 4-0 in Podgorica and Montenegro will be without Vladimir Volkov and Savo Pavicevic against Poland after the pair were sent off during their last match.

In truth, Montenegro have been riding their luck for a while now. They snuck past Moldova in March and were comprehensively outplayed by England for 45 minutes.

Poland are another team that occupy a false position in Group H, their total of 9 points not fair reward for their performances.

The Poles dominated games against Moldova and Ukraine, enjoying more than 58% possession and registering more shots than their opponents but only getting one point from two matches.

The last time the sides met it ended in an ill-tempered draw, both teams reduced to 10-men. If Poland keep their cool they can reap the rewards of home advantage and win at 21/20 (William Hill)
