Panathinaikos v Tottenham Tip
The Greeks are goal-shy even domestically so breaking down the in-form Londoners should be a task beyond them.
Spurs are on a roll now and their 3-2 victory at Old Trafford should ensure they arrive in Greece with a swagger. I fancy they should not only win, but be the only team to score at the Olympic Stadium, Athens at best odds of 12/5 (Bluesquare).
Panathinaikos have looked ordinary even in their own rather limited domestic league in 2012-13. These are their results in the Greek ‘Super’ League to date, ending with the most recent:

As well as looking like a binary code, the results also show how tepid the Greens have been as an attacking threat; 3 goals scored in 5 matches played is a poor return at that level.
A 3-0 defeat to Maribor has already demonstrated their Europa League limitations and Tottenham should take full advantage. AVB has again reiterated how seriously he takes this competition and Hugo Lloris will aim to add to his clean sheet against Lazio given the chance.
