Going Nowhere Fast
The flurry of big money transfers has stalled with the betting suggesting only Fernando Torres is likely to move.
It looks like all three of Torres, Carroll and Adam have dug out their Clash collections and are listening to ‘Should I Stay Or Should I Go’ on a loop.
Charlie Adam and Andy Carroll are now both odds on to stay put according to Victor Chandler and only Fernando Torres is favourite to leave his club with Skybet going 1/4.
The betting has been volatile all day and there is still plenty of time for things to change again. Perhaps the archaic process of using fax machines is holding up all these signings, if only the clubs had invested in the Amstrad E-mailer Plus we could have all gone home by now.
