United Close In On Final

United Boss Schalke

United are almost certain to make the Champions League final at Wembley. In the night's Premier League match, Wolves failed to capitalise on their game in hand.

Manchester United are 1/50 to qualify for the Champions League final after an excellent 2-0 win at Schalke. United dominated the game, enjoying 67% of possession and goals from Ryan Giggs and Wayne Rooney. It could have been even worse for the Germans if it wasn’t for a string of outstanding saves from goalkeeper Manuel Neuer. The Old Trafford outfit are now 17/10 to complete the Premier League and Champions League double.

In the Premier League, Wolves have been cut to 4/6 for relegation after they were beaten 3-0 by Stoke at the Britannia stadium. Despite seeing plenty of the ball, Mick McCarthy’s team could not fashion enough clear-cut chances and remain in 19th place.
