Lawro vs The Bookies: 13/5/2011

Hypothetical Lawro

Time is running out. No correct scores mean hypothetical Lawro needs a big week.

Every Friday Mark Lawrenson attempts to predict the scores of the weekend’s Premier League or FA Cup games. But is he better than the bookmakers?

Each week we will be putting a hypothetical £1 on Lawrenson’s correct score predictions at the best available odds. The theory being that if he ends up in profit, he is better than bookmakers at predicting football results.

Last week hypothetical Lawro was wide of the mark, barely getting the results correct let alone the scores. Overall, he finished £10 down.
