FA Cup Final – Blue Square
Blue Square will refund all losing first goalscorer, correct score, HT/FT and player special bets up to £50 if Suarez or Torres score the first goal of the game.
The combined odds of either Suarez or Torres scoring first is about 7/2, we have approximately a 22% chance of a refund. Didier Drogba is 7/1 (Blue Square) joint-favourite to open the scoring but uncertain to start and therefore a risky proposition.
At 9/1, Frank Lampard is a much more attractive option. Although he hasn’t been grabbing the headlines this season, he’s been no less prolific in front of goal.

For all his troubles with Andre Villas-Boas, his minutes per goal ratio is actually better than average. Helped by being Chelsea’s penalty taker, he looks the value bet in this market.
