Gladbach All Over It
Christian Eriksen's move to Inter has not been working out, and nor has his side's Champions League challenge - again. Their hosts have far less experience at this level but are performing above expectations.
Having been burnt by Inter Milan already in this Champions League campaign, it’s time to get our money back and more by backing Borussia Monchengladbach to beat the Italians at 19/10 with BetFair.
A cursory look at the Group B table tells us that the Germans are in pole position whilst Conte’s expensive line-up has faltered into last place. In truth, the margin between the sides would have been even wider had Gladbach not conceded last minute equalisers at the San Siro, and when hosting Real Madrid.
Yet the Bundesliga outfit trounced Shaktar by a combined 10-0 scoreline over two matches - that’s a side Inter again failed to beat, drawing 0-0 in Kiev.
Marco Rose’s team warmed up with a 4-1 thumping of Schalke at the weekend and have nothing to fear despite the odds-makers suggesting otherwise.
