Bad Day on Clay for Murray
The British number one was out of sorts against Tomas Berdych as his preparations for Roland Garros began poorly.
Andy Murray is a best price 16/1 (Boylesports) for the French Open after crashing out of the ATP Monte Carlo Masters at the quarter final stage. It made for a disappointing start to the clay season for the British number one as Tomas Berdych secured a 6-7 (4-7) 6-2 6-3 victory.
The Czech now faces world number one Novak Djokovic who is a best price 13/8 (Ladbrokes) to claim another title. It will be a major surprise if he doesn’t meet Rafael Nadal in the final; the six-time French Open champion is the 7/10 (Boylesports) favourite.
