Expensive yearling, who won on debut in fine style. Ran fastest closing sectional of race by 0.85s.
Medahim was a slightly surprising winner on debut at 12/1 but there was plenty to like about his performance.
An expensive £360,000 yearling for high achieving connections he might just live up to his price tag. At Kempton, he quickened up well off a steady gallop, with a 33.57s closing sectional, the fastest in the race by 0.85s.
An already good time, gets a hefty sectional upgrade giving him a sectional adjusted speed rating of 91. The ease of his win suggests there is plenty more to come and with Richard Hannon’s yard in fine form he should win.
