Wolverhampton Tip: Secretfact
Finished first and second in two starts over course and distance. Unlucky last time when You're Cool got first run; ran rapid 22.85s closing sectional and can be rated higher than winner.
Secretfact finished a close second to You’re Cool over course and distance last month and there is good reason to think he will turnaround the form. The change in weights is negligible but a different pace scenario will change the relative positions.
You’re Cool got the best of it last time, able to set and even gallop he was well positioned throughout and got first run on Secretfact who had a much tougher trip after a tardy start. Only a next separated them at the line but Secretfact ran the final 2f, 0.61s faster.
The 5-year-old’s record at Wolverhampton now reads 12 having finished ahead of Captain Lars at the start of August. A strike rate of 6/24 is good for a sprint handicapper and he is underrated by the market.
