Wolverhampton Tip: Red Stripes
Ran well in a much better race at Chelmsford 25 days ago. Clocked the fastest closing sectional and has run well on more than one occasion this summer. Well drawn in stall 2.
I’ve had a few darts at Red Stripes this summer and we might finally cash in the 5.10 Wolverhampton. Last time out he ran an excellent race at Chelmsford. He struggled to go the early gallop, perhaps a measure of the quality of the opposition but he ran the fastest closing sectional of the race to finish on the heels of the leaders at the line.
There have been plenty of promising performances from the 6-year-old despite his sliding handicap mark. Racing off 50 this evening, in a much weaker race, he should be winning again soon and he is well drawn to do so in stall 2.
