Wolverhampton Tip: Always Amazing

Always Amazing is more lightly raced than most, this being only his tenth start. Back in June 2017 he made his winning debut over course and distance but his career has been on the wane since. Having started his career rated 84, he is now down to a mark of 60 and his lack of racing suggests keeping him sound has been an issue.

Now with Derek Shaw, he’s visiting the track with more regularity and there were flickers of his old ability when a close fifth at Southwell ten days ago. It seems like he is running himself back into form. He is well-drawn and on his old form he looks a strong bet in this poor class 6 handicap.
