Windsor Tips: King’N’Dreams

A return to class five level, with headgear reapplied, should see him at his best.

Kings’N’Dreams isn’t the most straight forward of horses, he needs headgear and can often run lazily, but at the price he is worth chancing in the 5.55 Windsor.

His last couple of runs can be ignored as he’s never performed well on polytrack and looked particularly hard to steer without headgear at Kempton. He is much better on turf with a bit of cut.

The last time he raced on grass at class five level, he won and although that was way back last summer, this is the first time he’s encountered the same conditions.

Jim Crowley will need to be at his very best but he enjoys a terrific record at Windsor with a 12% strike rate and £59 level stakes profit. Having been 20/1 this morning much of the value has gone, but at 11/1 (Paddy Power) he is still worth a small interest.
