Windsor Tip: Addictive Dream

Well fancied for the Wokingham, he just missed the cut. This race should provide quick compensation.

Walter Swinburn holds the key to the 3.30 Windsor as he saddles both horses at the front of the market. Of the duo, Addictive Dream is the one I prefer.

A week after Royal Ascot this sprint is often a consolation for beaten Wokingham horses. Addictive Dream fits that profile, he was well fancied for the race but unfortunately missed the cut by one.

His win last time out at Ripon was most impressive. Racing on the far side he triumphed by two lengths, with the next five places filled by horses down the stand’s side. He was so dominant that the second horse home on the far side trailed in 6.5 lengths behind.

Only a four-year-old, the horse is lightly race and open to further improvement. Never outside the top four since his juvenile days, he looks a cut above the rest.
